What is the difference with Build-A-Base?
The Rubber Ducky is, as the name suggests, more rubbery, making it more flexible. It also has stronger adhesion than Build-A-Base. It is completely transparent and does not yellow. You can use it on all nail types and it is particularly effective on thin or damaged nails. It does not heat up in the lamp and is HEMA-free.
Because the product is very flexible, it is not recommended for use under Build-A-Base, Sculpting Gel, or Acrygel.
Rubber Ducky is designed to be used as a base under gel polish or to provide a little reinforcement on short to medium-length nails. Apply it as a base and build the nail directly on top of it.
