Rubber Ducky is our version of a rubber base, flexible, self-leveling, and super easy to work with.
It provides extra strength, structure, and perfect adhesion. A real essential for every nail stylist!
What is the difference with Build-A-Base?
The Rubber Ducky is, as the name suggests, more rubbery, making it more flexible. It also has stronger adhesion than Build-A-Base. It is completely transparent and does not yellow. You can use it on all nail types and it is particularly effective on thin or damaged nails. It is HEMA-free.
Because the product is very flexible, it is not recommended for use under Build-A-Base, Sculpting Gel, or Acrygel.
Rubber Ducky is designed to be used as a base under gel polish or to provide a little reinforcement on short to medium-length nails. Apply it as a base and build the nail directly on top of it.
Note: For optimal curing comfort, we recommend using Rubber Ducky with a Mini LED Lamp or the Low Heat Mode on your UV/LED lamp. This helps reduce heat spikes during curing, especially for sensitive nails.
